"Saben cómo techar, cómo instalar, cómo hacerlo todo; pero el error más grande que cometen es que no saben cómo dirigir un negocio. Necesitan tener un plan de negocios", explicó. "Si no tenemos un plan de negocios, es como construir una casa sin planos; cometeremos muchísimos errores."

Sancen afirmó que esto puede sonar básico, pero son precisamente los conceptos básicos los que, una vez dominados, establecen los cimientos de una empresa sólida. Una empresa que esté en posición de crecer y de aprovechar el mercado o el clima económico cuando surja la oportunidad.

"Las cosas básicas marcan la gran diferencia, ¿y si queremos tener un negocio y queremos escalarlo sin tocar los conceptos básicos?", comentó. "Así es como empezamos a construir una empresa sólida."
