Valor Exterior Partners has acquired Landmark Exteriors, expanding into Connecticut and New York. Founded in 1997, Landmark brings expertise in high-end roofing systems, including cedar, copper and slate. The deal marks Valor’s eighth acquisition since launching in 2024.
Roofing Contractor is now collecting entries for its annual Top 100 Roofing Contractors list. Submissions are open through June 1, with rankings based on self-reported 2025 revenue and results to be published in the August RC eMagazine.
