The 2025 Top 100: The Next 25
They may not have made the Top 100, but these contractors are making moves in their markets

Roofing Contractor continues to highlight the highest-earning roofing contractors with its 2025 Top 100 list. However, there are other companies that, while they didn’t make the list, are deserving of some love.
Each year, contractors report their annual revenue, which RC uses to rank companies for the Top 100 list. This year’s list saw the #100 entry bringing in $21.28 million. Following this, the next company earned $21 million, showing how close a contractor can get to being included.
That $21 million company, Elite Roofing & Solar in Denver, was certainly no slacker. Randy Brothers, president of Elite Roofing & Solar, said his company had its most successful year in 2024, achieving record-breaking revenue and net profit in the company’s history.
“We’ve truly found our business’s sweet spot, leveraging our strengths to drive exceptional growth and profitability. This milestone reflects our team's dedication, strategic focus, and the strong demand for our offerings,” he said.
Journey Home Restoration, based in Lorain, Ohio, took in $13.2 million in 2024, which occurred due to taking a hard look at its operations. CEO and Owner Jason Kaczur said the company saw a 33% decrease in labor expenses via cuts and reduced material expenses by 40% through warehousing materials itself.
“We lost waste at the executive level and doubled the salespeople,” Kaczur said. “[We] bought a 50,000-square-foot warehouse and built a house inside for training.”
We at RC are happy to give these contractors some recognition with our “Next 25” list. These companies put in time, money and dedication to enhancing their businesses, meaning next year, they may just end up snagging a spot on the Top 100 list.
