Top 100 Roofing Contractors
Private equity’s role in roofing becomes apparent as multiple PE-based firms top the list

Meet the roofing contractors leading the way in the industry with the 2025 Top 100 list.

Each year, the Top 100 list ranks the nation’s highest earners based on self-reported revenue from the previous year. In addition to spotlighting these companies, the list presents a unique snapshot of the industry. This year’s list is no different, with numerous newcomers as well as long-time members, but one factor stood out from the rest.

During the submission process, contractors were asked to disclose whether their company is, or is a part of, a private equity group or platform. As a result, some companies that submitted independently in the past are now part of larger submissions that claimed top spots.

Case in point, seven of the top 10 entrants are either involved with or are PE platforms. Of note was Omnia Exterior Solutions, which leapt from #35 in 2024 to #8 on this year’s list.

“Our 2024 performance was strong, with significant growth over 2023. We also grew the Omnia Exterior Solutions platform from four to 12 companies throughout 2024,” said Nick Bolen, chief revenue officer of Omnia.

“Being on the list validates all of the hard work that has gone into continuing to grow Omnia Exterior Solutions,” Bolen added. “Inclusion has helped businesses understand our platform and open up new opportunities for potential member companies to join Omnia.”

Although these top companies may have shifted only one or two ranks compared to previous years, this jockeying involved hundreds of millions in revenue. For instance, Infinity Home Services is #6 on this year’s list at $500 million, whereas it was #8 on last year’s list at $310 million.

“We've successfully expanded our existing brands into surrounding territories, enhanced efficiencies and knowledge sharing through the adoption of best practices across brands in the platform,” said Cassandra Niesing, executive assistant at Infinity Home Services. “Additionally, we've entered new markets through strategic M&A and greenfield activity.”

Of the 100 entrants, 20 identified as being involved with private equity, demonstrating its growing impact on the fragmented industry. Meanwhile, the remaining entrants credited their success to a variety of improvements, whether it was expansion, strategic marketing, or investing in technology.

Among the newcomers is Eastern Glass and Aluminum, which offers glass, wall panels and roofing systems. Gabriela Padilla, marketing and business development manager, said building stronger relationships with key clients and improving workflows led to improved operations in 2024.

“We’re seeing more opportunities coming our way and have a healthy pipeline of new projects. We’re also improving how we work by using better tools and processes, which should help us work more efficiently and improve profits,” she said.

Many other companies that submitted were on the cusp of making the list. Be sure to check out these up-and-comers in our “Ones to Watch” list.
