Sales Rabbit Launches Roof Rabbit
Combined technology from ROOFLE, Sales Rabbit, and RoofLink takes roofing contractors from first lead to final payment on projects.

Since Sales Rabbit acquired ROOFLE earlier this year, Travis Harvego has heard -- and skillfully dodged -- one question more than any other: "What are you guys building next?"
The ROOFLE co-founder and former CEO, is ready to answer.
"When we started ROOFLE, the goal was simple: get a real, accurate quote in front of a homeowner before anyone else could," Harvego, now vice president of business development at SalesRabbit recently posted on LinkedIn. "More than 5 million estimates later, that engine now lives inside something much bigger."
Roof Rabbit is one connected program that takes roofing contractors from first lead to final payment on any roofing job. It launched earlier this month in limited release, and roofing contractors can apply for early access at roofrabbit.ai.
The system is a combination of Sales Rabbit's field-sales platform, ROOFLE's instant-quoting engine, and production software from RoofLink, acquired by Sales Rabbit in late 2024.
Together, the software offers roofing contractors a unified platform that connects online buying, in-field selling, and sales-to-production workflows, addressing long-standing inefficiencies across the roofing industry.
A homeowner who used to wait days for a callback can now get a full estimate from the contractor’s website at any hour. A rep who used to leave the door with a maybe can now build the quote in under 30 seconds and close on the spot. Once the proposal is signed, the job goes straight to production. Nobody types it in twice. The same system handles materials, crew scheduling, and getting paid.
“In roofing, the contractor who gets to the homeowner first and closes fastest wins,” said Ben Alves, CEO of Sales Rabbit. “That’s the reality every operator in this business knows. The time between the knock and the collected check is where deals are made or lost, and every hour of delay is an opportunity for a competitor to get there first. We built Roof Rabbit to compress that cycle at every step.”
Jesse Mahan, VP, Business Owner, and a Founding Collaborator on RoofLink, points to the back-office problem in roofing companies where most margin gets lost. “After the contract is signed, you still have to manage materials, coordinate crews, track the job, and collect the money. That’s where a lot of revenue disappears. RoofLink was built to make that process run without the office chasing every step, and that’s what Roof Rabbit carries forward.”
