Core Values That Will Attract

In this exclusive episode, Weather Shield Roofing Systems CEO Jim Bush explains what core values drive his company for continued success.

“Our core values capture who we are and they determine who we hire, fire, train, retain and live each day,” he said in an exclusive videochat with RC Publisher Jill Bloom. “They’ve kind of taken on a life of their own and then we’ve built out other things around them.”

In this video, Bush breaks down the core principles and explains how each one is integral to the overall team’s success. Whether it’s striving to become better at something every day, or managing tasks in a way that it becomes essentially effortless for customers to do business, the principles lead to actionable steps other roofing entrepreneurs can adopt today.

“We’re putting this out there while we’re interviewing, while we’re recruiting, so people can see who we are and what we stand for,” Bush explained. “What’s interesting is we find people will either resonate with it or they don’t.”
