Revin Rolls Out Contractor Solution for Vertex Brands
AI platform supports lead response

Revin, an AI voice and SMS platform for residential service companies, has partnered with Vertex Service Partners to support customer engagement across Vertex’s regional roofing and exterior service brands.
The companies said Revin’s AI agents are being used to answer calls and texts, respond to new leads, schedule appointments, send confirmations and reminders, and re-engage unsold estimates and canceled appointments. The platform also supports email communication and is embedded in Vertex’s ServiceTitan environment.
Vertex, launched by Alpine Investors in 2023, includes 27 regional brands and more than 800 employees. The company services more than 100,000 roofs a year, according to the announcement.
“In the roofing business, responding to customers quickly is of paramount importance,” said Josh Churnick, chief marketing officer of Vertex Service Partners. “When homeowners need their roof repaired or replaced, it’s usually a very time-sensitive issue. Revin gives us the ability to engage every homeowner in real time, around the clock, and book appointments directly into our system.”
The companies said Revin’s agents have engaged thousands of homeowners for Vertex in the first months of the deployment, with new leads receiving responses in under two seconds on average.
“AI is not about replacing great teams,” said Quinn Litherland, founder and CEO of Revin. “It is about making sure no opportunity falls through the cracks, and giving sales teams more time to focus on serving homeowners.”
Revin said each AI agent is configured to a brand’s scheduling logic, qualification rules, product lines, service areas and operating procedures.
