Infinity Home Services Rolls Out CompanyCam Across Brands

Roofing and exterior remodeling platform standardizes job-site documentation and customer communication across its network

Infinity Home Services is rolling out CompanyCam across its family of residential roofing and exterior remodeling brands as part of a new strategic partnership aimed at standardizing job-site documentation and improving customer communication.

The Brookfield, Wis.-based company said CompanyCam’s platform will give its brands a consistent system for documenting projects, communicating with field crews and sharing progress with homeowners.

“CompanyCam and IHS were both born from an idea that good contractors need the right systems to provide an awesome customer experience,” said CompanyCam CEO Luke Hansen. “Our partnership doubles down on that by setting up their brands with time-saving tools to make field documentation simpler for crews and shareable with customers.”

Patty Wade, chief transformation officer at Infinity Home Services, said the platform will help the company provide greater project transparency across its contractor network.

“CompanyCam enables our family of brands to deliver project transparency and customer peace of mind from start to finish,” Wade said.

Infinity Home Services operates residential roofing and exterior remodeling companies across the United States and Canada. CompanyCam provides job-site documentation, crew communication and AI-enabled productivity tools for contractors.

The companies said the partnership is intended to create more consistent documentation and customer communication across IHS operations.
