Infinity Home Services [IHS], a rapidly growing home exterior company, announced strategic acquisitions that have established its presence in the Canadian market and expanded into the highly competitive Florida market.

At the beginning of February, IHS acquired D'Angelo and Sons Roofing & Exteriors, a 45-year-old company operating in Ontario, Canada. The company is IHS' 13th acquisition within just two years. The milestone signifies its growth trajectory and introduces the first international brand to the family of roofing and exterior brands under the Infinity Home Services umbrella.

As partners to these brands, IHS collaborates closely, fostering operational efficiencies, amplifying market presence, and ensuring the delivery of superior services to customers — all while preserving the integrity of their brand names.

“We are thrilled to partner with the Infinity team and join the industry’s leading brands in shaping the future of roofing in North America. By partnering with IHS we will be able to provide greater future opportunities to our employees while also ensuring our family brand lives on for another 45 years,” said Aaron D’Angelo, CEO of D’Angelo and Sons, in a written statement.

According to IHS, the entry goes "beyond mere expansion; it represents a mission-driven commitment to safeguard communities from unscrupulous contractors."

"We are delighted to partner with and welcome D'Angelo & Sons into the Infinity Home Services family. This move underscores our dedication to innovation and expansion," said Josh Sparks, CEO of Infinity Home Services. “The partnership reflects our commitment to setting the highest standards in the industry and providing unmatched service to our customers."

Expanding into Florida

Days after announcing the acquisition of D'Angelo and Sons Roofing & Exteriors, IHS revealed it acquired two Florida-based roofing companies — Carpenter’s Roofing & Sheet Metal and Altec Roofing. The partnerships mark the 16th and 17th brands to join the portfolio.

Carpenter’s and Altec are synonymous with high-quality craftsmanship serving the Southern Florida market for over 130 years collectively. IHS said the vision behind these acquisitions is to "create a network of premier brands, leveraging operational efficiencies and market presence."

"We are excited to welcome Carpenter’s and Altec into the Infinity Home Services family. Partnering with these brands is a milestone in our strategic vision to save our communities from unscrupulous contractors,” said Sparks. “Carpenter’s and Altec boast exceptional service, a rich heritage, and an unparalleled reputation.”

These acquisitions mark significant milestones in IHS’s strategic vision to change the roofing industry. Jason Lovelady, president of Carpenter’s Roofing & Sheet Metal and Altec Roofing, said uniting these brands under the Infinity Home Services umbrella is a testament to its commitment to providing top-notch roofing solutions.

“Now, as part of IHS, we're poised to bring our high standards to an even broader audience, and we look forward to achieving new heights," said Lovelady.
