JobNimbus Rolls Out Analytics, Financing and Enterprise Tools
Three October launches expand the roofing CRM's reporting, homeowner financing and multi-location capabilities

JobNimbus has rolled out a series of new products aimed at giving roofing contractors more ways to manage financing, business data and multiple locations from within its CRM platform.
The latest addition, JobNimbus Financing, became generally available Oct. 22 and allows residential roofing contractors to present financing options directly within estimates, receive application decisions, track loan status and manage payments without moving to a separate financing portal. The financing tool, initially powered by consumer financing provider Wisetack, lets sales representatives show homeowners monthly payment options alongside an estimate. Once a homeowner applies, financing information remains associated with the corresponding job in JobNimbus.
"Contractors know they need to offer financing. Our job is to make it easy for them to actually do it," said Todd Furness, vice president of fintech at JobNimbus.
The financing rollout follows two other major JobNimbus launches in October as the software provider expands its offerings for roofing and exterior contractors. On Oct. 8, JobNimbus introduced Analytics, a reporting suite with dashboards covering areas including sales, workflow, accounts receivable and job profitability. The standard Analytics product is included with JobNimbus plans, while the company's Analytics AI add-on lets users ask questions about their business data in plain language instead of manually building reports.
For example, contractors can ask which sales representatives closed the most retail jobs during a particular period or identify job types running over budget. JobNimbus also introduced Analytics Enterprise, which provides multi-location operators with roll-up reporting, raw-data access and custom dashboards.
A week later, the company launched JobNimbus Enterprise, a platform tier designed specifically for roofing and exterior companies operating across multiple branches or markets. Enterprise includes account hierarchies and reporting across locations, AI-enabled analytics, payments and financing, supplier ordering and dedicated implementation support.
Integrations allow contractors to order materials through ABC Supply, SRS Distribution and QXO, while financial-system integrations include QuickBooks, with NetSuite and Sage currently in beta.
Together, the three launches reflect JobNimbus' push to support contractors as their businesses grow, particularly companies adding branches or operating across multiple markets. JobNimbus says more than 8,000 roofing and exterior businesses currently use its platform.
