The HCR Group has acquired Warren RoofCare Services, a commercial roofing company based in Santa Rosa, Calif., expanding the platform’s preventative maintenance and roof asset management capabilities in the Western United States.

Founded in 1991 by Mark Warren, Warren RoofCare manages preventative maintenance programs covering more than 8 million square feet of commercial roofing annually across Sonoma County and the greater Bay Area. The company is known for its maintenance programs, detailed reporting and client communication systems designed to help property owners manage roofing assets.

HCR Group CEO Mike Erekson said the company identified Warren RoofCare as a strong strategic fit because of its reputation and established local relationships.

The acquisition is expected to strengthen maintenance services across HCR Group’s network of commercial roofing companies.

Warren said the partnership will allow the company to continue serving Northern California clients while gaining additional resources.

The HCR Group operates a platform of regional commercial roofing companies across the Western United States, including Highland Commercial Roofing, Skycraft Roofing, Fidelity Roof Company and North-West Roofing.
