HCR Group Names Marlo Wilkey HR Vice President
The HCR Group appointed Marlo Wilkey as vice president of human resources as the commercial roofing company expands across the Western U.S.
The HCR Group has appointed Marlo Wilkey as vice president of human resources as the commercial roofing company continues expanding across the Western United States.
Wilkey brings more than 15 years of experience in human resources strategy, talent development and organizational management, primarily in private equity-backed and high-growth companies. Most recently, he held senior HR leadership roles at Vantor.
In his new position, Wilkey will oversee the company’s people and culture strategy and support leadership teams across its regional businesses.
“We are building more than a collection of companies. We are building a platform designed to scale,” CEO Mike Erekson said in a statement. “That requires intentional investment in our people, our leaders, and the culture that connects them.”
The HCR Group said Wilkey’s experience includes organizational design, performance management, leadership development and cultural integration across multi-location businesses.
The appointment comes as the company continues to grow through acquisitions and organic expansion while maintaining local leadership within its regional brands.
