ICP Group Appoints Todd Brown as Vice President of Operations
Brown has over three decades of experience in chemical manufacturing and operational leadership
ICP Group welcomes Todd Brown as Vice President of Operations for its Roofing & Driveway Sealers (RDW) business unit.
With more than 34 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, Brown brings a deep knowledge of operational best practices, plant leadership, and global supply chain management.
In his new role, he will oversee all RDW business unit plant operations and report directly to ICP’s senior leadership team. Prior to joining ICP, Brown spent over two decades at Dow Chemical.
He most recently served as vice president of operations for Air Liquide Advanced Materials, leading operations across 11 global plants and directing teams in Supply Chain, Procurement, and Manufacturing Technology there.

A chemical engineer by training, Brown earned his degree from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
