The HCR Group has publicly launched as a unified commercial roofing platform operating across the Western United States, bringing together four regional companies under a single organization.

The group includes Highland Commercial Roofing, Skycraft Roofing, Fidelity Roof Company and Northwest Roofing. Each company will continue to operate locally under its existing leadership while sharing resources aimed at improving safety and operational consistency.

The organization is led by CEO Mike Erekson, who has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Known for his people-first leadership style and deep understanding of field operations, Erekson has built his career focused on safety, accountability, and creating environments where teams can take pride in their work and perform at the highest level.

“We didn’t build The HCR Group just to be bigger — we built it to be better,” Erekson said. “The HCR Group was created by roofers, for roofers.”

Company officials said the platform is designed to align best practices and leadership support across markets while maintaining local customer relationships.

The launch comes as commercial roofing customers increasingly seek contractors that combine local expertise with consistent safety and performance standards, according to the company.
