Bertram Capital-backed Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration has acquired Kalamazoo-based Advantage Roofing & Exteriors, expanding its growing roofing and restoration platform into Southwest Michigan.

Swinney announced the move in a LinkedIn post, saying he had decided to begin a new chapter after nearly 20 years in the building products distribution industry.

The acquisition adds CoBros Roofing’s local crews, infrastructure and customer base to Cool Roofs’ existing operations in the Houston market.
