Intellia, a marketing and growth consultancy focused on the construction industry, has introduced an AI framework designed to help residential and commercial contractors integrate artificial intelligence into marketing and sales operations.

The framework combines AI-driven marketing tools, agentic AI workflows and market signal analysis to support lead generation, prospecting and operational efficiency.

For residential contractors, the system includes six to seven AI checkpoints across the marketing funnel, such as AI-enabled multivariant testing for landing pages that can accelerate optimization cycles and improve conversion rates.

For commercial construction firms, Intellia’s MarketPath methodology incorporates agentic AI into account-based marketing and sales enablement. The system analyzes up to 30 market signals—including buyer behavior, website activity and asset characteristics such as roof age—to identify in-market prospects and prioritize sales opportunities.

The platform is designed to help contractors identify potential projects earlier, condense sales cycles and reduce customer acquisition costs while improving marketing and sales productivity.
