Capital City Roofing Launches AI Ops Platform for Licensees
Georgia-based contractor debuts AI-driven operations system and a national licensing model tied to nonprofit food relief.

Capital City Roofing, an Alpharetta, Ga.-based contractor, is offering other roofing companies access to its AI-powered operational systems through a new licensing program.
The platform bundles several automation tools the company developed for its own operations: instant roof estimating, AI-generated proposals, automated scheduling, and a lead generation system. It also includes an AI voice agent for customer communications.
"Roofing has lacked innovation for decades," founder Brad Strawbridge said. "What we've built is more than a system. It's a new operating model for how modern roofing companies can serve customers, empower their teams, and scale with excellence."
Through the licensing program, contractors pay for access to Capital City's technology stack, sales processes, and back-office workflows. The company said licensees receive training, branding support, and ongoing software updates. An optional pay-per-lead program is also available.
Capital City did not disclose licensing fees or how many contractors have enrolled.

The program includes a charitable component: a portion of licensing revenue supports the Feeding the Future Project, a nonprofit focused on food relief for children and families.
"This is the first roofing platform that directly fuels a nonprofit mission with every job," said Tiffany Strawbridge, a board member of the nonprofit.
The company is positioning the model as an alternative to franchise arrangements, giving contractors access to systematized operations without full brand conversion.
