Inspector Roofing Launches AI-Powered Homeowner Tools
Platform aims to simplify roofing decisions

Inspector Roofing and Restoration has launched a new AI-powered platform designed to help homeowners better understand roofing projects before scheduling inspections or reviewing contractor proposals.
The Homeowners AI Toolbelt combines five digital tools focused on common stages of the roofing decision process, including project planning, estimate review, color selection, preliminary pricing and contract review.
According to the company, the platform includes ScopeReader, which explains roofing estimates and insurance scopes in plain language; Roofmatch, a roof color comparison tool; the Inspector AI Roof Plan Assistant for organizing project details before an inspection; an Instant Roof Quote Generator; and AgreementFlow, a digital agreement review and signing workflow.
"AI prepares the homeowner. Inspector Roofing verifies the roof," said Richard Nasser, founder of Inspector Roofing and Restoration. "The Homeowners AI Toolbelt was built for homeowner clarity. It gives local homeowners a smarter way to understand the roofing process before a professional inspection and final verification."
The Alpharetta-based contractor said the tools are intended to educate and prepare homeowners but are not a substitute for roof inspections, contractor proposals, code reviews, warranty determinations or insurance decisions.
The company said the platform was developed to address what it sees as a growing need for homeowners to better understand roofing documentation, project options and contractor agreements before making purchasing decisions.
The launch is supported by a research paper published through Zenodo that examines the use of AI tools in homeowner decision-making during roofing projects.
Inspector Roofing also recently expanded a public research initiative focused on how roofing companies present information across websites, datasets and other public records for use by search engines and AI systems. Company officials said the effort is intended to improve access to roofing information and documentation rather than replace professional roofing expertise.
Inspector Roofing serves homeowners throughout North Fulton County and the greater Atlanta area, including Alpharetta, Roswell, Milton, Johns Creek, Cumming and Sandy Springs.
