Tecta America Adquiere Alpine Roofing

Tecta America has bought Alpine Roofing of Sparks, Nev.

Joseph Coyne will remain president of Alpine Roofing, based in Sparks, Nev.; the firm will operate under Alpine Roofing, a Tecta America Company, LLC.

Tecta America, la empresa de techado comercial con mayores ingresos en el país, anunció la adquisición de Alpine Roofing, un contratista de techos con sede en Sparks, Nevada, ampliando aún más su presencia nacional.

“Estamos encantados de dar la bienvenida a Alpine Roofing a nuestra familia de empresas,” dijo Dave Reginelli, CEO de Tecta America, en un comunicado de prensa.

Fundada en 1972, Alpine Roofing opera en el norte de Nevada y el norte de California. Con raíces que se remontan a 1930, Tecta señaló que Alpine se ha consolidado como “un líder en construcción nueva, renovación de techos y servicio & mantenimiento” para propiedades comerciales.

“Durante más de 50 años, Alpine ha sido un contratista líder en techado comercial en el norte de Nevada y el norte de California,” agregó Reginelli. “[T]odo el equipo de Alpine comparte nuestros valores fundamentales de calidad, integridad y servicio excepcional.”
