Founded in 1985, Babilla Roofing provides commercial re-roofing, new construction, service and maintenance throughout Indiana. The company will operate as Babilla Roofing, a Tecta America Company, LLC. Chuck Babilla will remain president and continue leading the company alongside its existing management team. Tecta said all Babilla Roofing employees will remain in place following the transaction.
