Tecta America, a national leader in commercial roofing recently announced the acquisition B&L Sheet Metal & Roofing, based in Bloomington, Ind.

David Lee and his team have built a strong roofing and sheet metal operation, and we look forward to working together to continue providing great value to our customers in the region," said Tecta CEO Mark Santacrose.

B&L Sheet Metal & Roofing has been in business for over 50 years, and they have a reputation for exceptional service, integrity, and quality in the south-central Indiana area. Tecta already has a strong presence in the state, acquiring Fort Wayne Roofing and Sheet Metal and Indianapolis Roofing and Sheet Metal in 2018.

Lee will continue on in his current role as President, along with the rest of his management team and workforce. The operation will be known as B&L Sheet Metal & Roofing, a Tecta America Company, LLC.
