Tecta America, a national leader in commercial roofing, announced the recent acquisition of the assets of Fort Wayne Roofing and Sheet Metal and Indianapolis Roofing and Sheet Metal. The Fort Wayne business will operate as Fort Wayne Roofing, A Tecta America Company LLC, and the Indianapolis location will become part of Tecta’s Indianapolis based C.E. Reeve Roofing, A Tecta America Company LLC.

Jan Sircey, the shareholder and seller in each company, will continue to operate Fort Wayne Roofing, with all of his existing management team and employees remaining with the company. Jim Helvie and all management and employees from Indianapolis will join C.E. Reeve Roofing under Stacy Agnew’s leadership.
