GAF supported a mental health and recovery center in Peru, Ill., the location of its fifth polyiso plant, as part of its GAF Community Matters initiative by donating materials for a new roof.

The plant, which produces energy-efficient insulation products, was built with the goal of achieving LEED Platinum status.

Atlas' capacity improvements in Mississippi and Ohio are scheduled to be completed by the middle of 2024.

PIMA's expanded program now includes third-party verification of thermal resistance values (R-values) for full thickness products independently selected from distribution locations.

Construction is expected to break ground in the third quarter of this year with production beginning on the site in 2024.

The growth in polyiso shipments reflects the upward trajectory of investments into more energy-efficient commercial and residential buildings.

Production at the Pennsylvania plant will continue to build in the coming months and ramp up to full capacity as raw materials become more readily available.
