Stacked Innovations That Help Crews Save Days

The system starts at the roof deck, where the first layer of 4' x 12' InsulBase® Polyiso is adhered with Flexible FAST™ Dual Tanks with Temperature Sensing Gun. Compared to standard 4' x 8' boards, these longer InsulBase boards help crews cover more roof with fewer placements. In a 96' run, 12' InsulBase can deliver a 34% productivity boost versus 8' boards.
Flexible FAST is applied with Carlisle’s Temperature Sensing Gun, which supports real-time temperature visibility and more consistent adhesive application. The system can improve coverage rates by up to 16% versus other canister-based options and reduce application time by up to 15% versus low-pressure dispensing machines.
A second layer of 4' x 12' InsulBase Polyiso is attached to the first layer the same way, continuing the labor-saving benefit through the insulation installation.
Next, the wider 16' Sure-Weld® TPO covers more roof per roll and is attached to the top layer of InsulBase with CAV-GRIP® III Adhesive/Primer. CAV-GRIP III offers quick spray application, fast flash-off, great open time, no stirring, and minimal cleanup, while delivering up to 60% labor savings compared to traditional bonding adhesive.
Finally, SeamShield™ Technology helps keep seam areas cleaner during installation, reducing seam cleaning time by up to 70% and helping crews move more efficiently toward welding.
Together, these innovations help contractors reduce handling, simplify application, accelerate coverage, and minimize seam prep—so saved minutes become saved hours, and saved hours become saved days.
