Valor Exterior Partners has acquired Landmark Exteriors, expanding into Connecticut and New York. Founded in 1997, Landmark brings expertise in high-end roofing systems, including cedar, copper and slate. The deal marks Valor’s eighth acquisition since launching in 2024.

TrussPoint Roofing & Exterior Renovations has acquired Eaton Roofing & Exteriors, a Kansas-based residential roofing and exterior renovation leader founded in 1993, strengthening its platform with Eaton’s statewide presence, local expertise, and reputation for integrity-driven service.
