The Exterior Contractors Alliance (ECA), a division of FEI Group, welcomes two new members to its advisory board while extending heartfelt appreciation to two outgoing board members whose leadership and commitment have helped shape the organization.

ECA annouced the induction of Jewels DeCorsey, general manager of All Craft Exteriors, and Lee Lipniskis, CEO of Levello Construction, to the advisory board. Jewels joined ECA in April 2021 and has been an engaged and thoughtful contributor to the community since then. Lee joined ECA through the Trailblazers division in September 2024 and represents the next generation of industry leadership committed to growth, innovation, and collaboration.

At the same time, ECA proudly recognizes the service of two outgoing board members:

• Brad Beldon of Beldon Roofing/Progressive Roofing, who served on the Advisory Board from 2020–2025.
• Ross Cochran of Cochran Exteriors/IHS, who served from 2021–2025.

Both Beldon and Cochran brought steady leadership, strategic insight, and a deep commitment to ECA’s mission during their tenure. Their guidance and dedication have left a lasting impact on the organization and its members.
