Texas-based BELDON Roofing Company has partnered with Progressive Roofing, a national leader in commercial roofing solutions.

Founded in 1978, Progressive Roofing began as a family operation in Phoenix, Ariz. It has since become a nationwide company with over 1,600 employees and more than 10 branches across the U.S. The company specializes in commercial, industrial, and institutional roofing and maintenance.

BELDON Roofing Company has grown to become a major player in Texas since its founding in 1946, providing residential and commercial roofing services. In a joint statement, the companies said Progressive Roofing’s national presence, resources and shared emphasis on quality make the partnership an "exciting leap forward for both companies," anticipating improved purchasing power, access to greater resources, faster project timelines and expanded capabilities for customers.

The move comes four years after Bow River Capital, a private equity firm, recapitalized Progressive Roofing.
