All Weather Insulated Panels [AWIP], the California-based maker of insulated metal wall, roof and deck solutions, has announced Kim Harrell as its new manager of business development. Harrell returns to AWIP after serving as one of the company’s earliest employees when he worked as AWIP’s vice president of sales from 2007-19.
During his initial 12-year tenure at AWIP, Harrell was instrumental in taking a company that was at the time just a year old in 2006, to an organization with three manufacturing facilities and a nationwide footprint. He also served on the executive leadership team and provided leadership and management to a nationwide sales force.
In his new role, Harrell is responsible for leading a team of architectural sales representatives and business development managers.
“For over a decade, Kim played a pivotal role in developing All Weather Insulated Panels into the company it is today,” said AWIP President Natalia Rizzatti. “We’re so glad to welcome him back to AWIP as we strive toward continued growth and exceptional service for our customers.”
Harrell was part of AWIP during some of its most transformative years, from the opening of the continuous line production facility in Little Rock, Ark., in 2013 and Kingspan Group’s acquisition of the company in 2015, to the launch of the OneDek® Insulated Roof Deck in 2018.
“I’m excited to be back at All Weather Insulated Panels, an organization that I was proud to call home for over 12 years,” said Harrell. “I look forward to working alongside former colleagues and working together toward supporting the company’s insulated metal wall, roof and deck solutions.”
