All Weather Insulated Panels Announces Sales Leadership Promotions
Promotions of Kim Harrell and Jacob Nickel support the metal panel manufacturer's growth across North America

All Weather Insulated Panels (AWIP), a manufacturer of high-performance insulated metal panels, today announced the promotions of Kim Harrell to vice president of sales and Jacob Nickel to director of commercial sales, strengthening the company's commercial leadership team as it continues its growth across North America.
Effective immediately, Harrell will lead AWIP's sales organization and assume responsibility for customer Service. In his previous role leading strategic accounts and business development, Harrell played a key role in expanding the company's presence with general contractors, architects, owners and other influential partners throughout the construction industry. His strategic leadership and relationship-driven approach have helped drive meaningful business growth and strengthened AWIP's position in the marketplace.
Nickel has been promoted to director of commercial sales, where he will oversee AWIP's East and West sales regions, as well as National Accounts. He previously led the West region, delivering strong results through his customer-focused leadership, commitment to team development and consistent sales execution that contributed to significant regional growth.
