They’re pushing through the challenges and meeting the roofing demand in their respective markets with a fresh attitude about efficiency that’s balanced with acute attention to quality performance and customer satisfaction.

We like to call them our Young Guns, and celebrate their nominations annually at RC’s Best of Success conference. Here’s a brief introduction to the individuals 40 years old or younger that bring optimism, new skills and a hunger for success to the roofing industry at just the right time.
