The New Year is well underway, and contractors are still addressing changes to their businesses brought about by COVID-19. Trent Cotney, CEO of Cotney Construction Law, said there may be several key contract provisions currently missing that need to be included in work agreements going forward.  

“You need something that anticipates the world we live in now,” Cotney said in this latest Legal Insights video chat with RC Publisher Jill Bloom, RC Editorial Director Rick Damato and Editor Art Aisner.

Cotney also discussed concerns contractors have about COVID-19 vaccinations and how training programs are pivoting to help address workforce development.
