MCKINNEY, Texas — SRS Distribution Inc. announced that it has acquired Roofers Supply Inc., an independently owned distributor of residential and commercial roofing products and accessories.

Founded in Salt Lake City in 1994 by four siblings of the Pappas family, Roofers Supply operates a network of six branches across the state of Utah, servicing professional contractors, local homebuilders, home improvement contractors and remodelers. Dino, George, John, and Stephanie Pappas will continue to lead their employee base, ensuring continuity and consistency for the company’s customers and supplier partners.

Dino Pappas, co-founder of Roofers Supply, said the company is honored to be joining forces with the SRS family of companies, secure in the knowledge that its brand will continue to be preserved. Dino will become SRS’ newest regional vice president to lead this division.

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Founded in 2008 and headquartered in McKinney, Texas, SRS Distribution has made a number of acquisitions in 2019, including AAC Building Materials, Presta Contractor Supply, Roofing & Building Supply, Schultz Roofing Supply and Travis Roofing Supply.
