MCKINNEY, Texas – SRS Distribution Inc. announced that it has acquired Schultz Roofing Supply Company, adding it to its growing list of companies.

Headquartered in St. Joseph, Mich., Schultz is an independently owned distributor of roofing products and accessories, siding, windows and other complementary products. Founded in 1935 by Clarence Schultz, the company is managed by the third generation of the Schultz family.

“I am thrilled to be joining forces with SRS and am eager to see what we can accomplish together by leveraging their resources and our devoted team,” said Chad Deja, president of Schultz. “Schultz is known for providing excellent customer service and high-quality materials, a reputation I am confident will continue for years to come.”

Dan Tinker, president and CEO of SRS Distribution, said SRS is excited to welcome the Schultz team to the SRS family.

SRS Distribution, founded in 2008, operates under a family of 33 district local brands encompassing more than 300 locations across 44 states.

The acquisition of Schultz follows SRS Distribution's acquisition of Travis Roofing in Austin, Texas in August.
