SRS Distribution Inc. announced that it has acquired Roadrunner Roofing Supply, Inc., a wholesale distributor of residential roofing and related accessories. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Arlington, Texas, Roadrunner is owned and operated by Rick McLaughlin. The company employs a team of 21 people. McLaughlin and the company’s management team will continue to lead the business going forward, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers, and employees.

Roadrunner Roofing Supply built its reputation through stocking high-end products that otherwise require special orders, stocking a manufacturer's full roofing system offerings, and providing the materials needed for FORTIFIED Roof systems.
