SRS Distribution Announces the Acquisition of Top-Notch Roofing Supply with Two Locations
SRS Distribution has acquired Top-Notch Roofing Supply, a distributor of residential and commercial roofing products & accessories, with locations in Longview and Tyler, Texas.
Top-Notch Roofing Supply was founded in 2013 and currently covers a primary market of East Texas – serving professional contractors, local homebuilders, home improvement contractors, and remodelers. The entire Top-Notch operations team will stay with the company to run the branches going forward. SRS will immediately transition all Top-Notch locations to the Southern Shingles brand name. With this acquisition, Southern Shingles will now have 25 locations across Texas.
