MCKINNEY, Texas — SRS Distribution Inc. said it has acquired Presta Contractor Supply, an independently owned distributor of roofing products & accessories, windows, doors, siding, and other complementary products.

Headquartered in Erie, Pa., Presta was founded in 1984 by Louis Presta and currently employs a team of 14 people.

Owner Tim Presta is remaining with the company and will continue to lead the business, ensuring stability and consistency for customers, employees, and suppliers.
