SRS Distribution Inc. announced that it has acquired Specialty Wood Products Inc., a distributor of premium decking, siding, heavy timber products and other architectural-grade building materials. 

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Aurora, Colo., SWP is run today by President Josh DeGuire. The company operates a second location in Kyle, Texas, and employs a team of 35 people. DeGuire will continue to lead the business going forward, ensuring continuity and consistency for customers, suppliers, and employees.
