MCKINNEY, Texas — SRS Distribution has acquired Bill Wahl Supply Inc., an independently owned distributor of residential roofing products and accessories, siding, and windows with locations in Blackwood and Vineland, N.J.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Blackwood, Bill Wahl Supply was founded in 1988 and currently employs more than 25. The entire BWS team will be staying with the company to run the operation going forward, which will ensure continuity and consistency for the customers, employees, and supplier partners of BWS.

Just last week, SRS was identified by Inc. magazine as one of "the biggest revenue drivers on the 2018 Inc. 5000 list." As previously noted, 16 roofing companies made the list this year.

SRS recently opened new locations in Indiana, New Jersey, Georgia as well as Michigan, Oregon, Connecticut and New York. In August, SRS acquired Crown C Supply Co. and in July the company acquired part of Pennsylvania’s Interstate Building Materials.
