Each year, Roofing Contractor celebrates the youth movement happening in the roofing industry by highlighting a group of individuals that, despite their ages, have already proven to be valuable assets and leaders not just within their companies, but the industry as a whole.

This year’s crop of up-and-coming roofing professionals is no different. Whether they’re continuing a family roofing legacy or found their way into the roofing industry by chance, these Young Guns are making significant contributions to their team’s growth, and even leading the charge on initiatives aimed toward future success in their respective markets.

A mix of blue-collar grit with tech-savvy sophistication, the 2018 RC Young Guns class comes from companies of all sizes and from different regions across the United States. Yet when they all met at RC’s Best of Success conference in Tucson last fall, it became clear they all commonly share a determination to grow and improve as roofing professionals — while doing the same for the companies they’re part of. Perhaps more importantly, they’re increasing the confidence and hope that roofing’s next generation may just be all right.
