Each year, RC highlights a group of young professionals that are developing their careers in roofing and, in some cases, are redefining their craft. We call them our Young Guns, and in 2022, we focused on a diverse group that is not only meeting the roofing demand in their respective markets, but excelling with a drive and fresh attitude that’s recommitted them to quality performance and customer satisfaction.

It’s time to select our next group, and we need your help. Are you making a difference in your roofing company despite being under the age of 40, and may lack experience in your current role?
