DENVER - Three members of the JM Peak Advantage Contractor Program will be taking a turn around the Talladega Superspeedway on Oct. 17-18 after demonstrating their driving skills at the 80th Annual International Roofing Exposition held recently in Las Vegas. Posting the best finishing times in a NASCAR simulator at the Johns Manville (JM) booth, Ben Hutchinson IV, Tip Top Roofers Inc., Smyrna, Georgia; Scott Howard, Commercial Roofing Inc., Las Vegas; and Brian Martin, Roberts-McNutt Inc., North Little Rock, Ark., won the prize offered by JM - a Dale Jarrett Racing Adventure and tour of the new JM thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) plant in nearby Scottsboro, Ala. Tip Top Roofers and Commercial Roofing both are Pinnacle Council contractors, a designation reserved for JM’s top roofing contractors. The Dale Jarrett Racing Adventure allows non-professional drivers to suit up and get behind the wheel of the same cars driven by racing champions Dale Jarrett, Michael Waltrip and Bobby Labonte. It provides an authentic NASCAR experience by allowing these drivers to take high-speed laps around the track in a safe, controlled environment. For more information, visitwww.jm.com.
