The Valcourt Group has acquired Omega Waterproofing LLC, a Texas-based contractor specializing in waterproofing and structural repair, the company announced.

Omega Waterproofing, founded in 2020 and based in New Braunfels, provides services including below-grade waterproofing, concrete and masonry repair, expansion joints and coatings. The company serves education, healthcare and commercial clients across the San Antonio–Austin corridor and into South Texas.

The acquisition expands Valcourt’s presence in Texas and adds capabilities in building repair and restoration, the company said.

“ Their established presence in the San Antonio–Austin corridor strengthens our presence in Texas, and their focus on restoration and repair aligns closely with our long-term strategy,” said Eric Crabb, chief executive officer of Valcourt Group.

Omega will continue operating under its existing name and leadership.

“Partnering with the Valcourt Group allows us to scale that foundation while continuing to deliver for our clients and employees,” said John Welch, co-owner of Omega Waterproofing.

Valcourt Group provides building envelope services, including restoration, maintenance, waterproofing and roofing for commercial properties across the United States.
