Capital Coating, Roof Care Rebrand as Capital 360
The rebranding brings the two affiliated companies under a single identity while maintaining existing ownership and leadership.
Capital Coating and Capital Roof Care, two commercial and industrial contractors based in Lancaster County, Pa., have merged under a new name, Capital 360 Inc.
The rebranding brings the two affiliated companies under a single identity while maintaining existing ownership and leadership. CEO Merv Fisher, who founded the business more than 35 years ago, said the change reflects the company’s full scope of services.
“It’s the same ownership, same team, and same service standards,” Fisher said. “We still have the same commitment to take care of our clients. It’s just now we have a name that better reflects everything that we do.”
Capital 360 will operate with two divisions. Capital Coating provides commercial painting, coatings, epoxy flooring, sandblasting and dry ice cleaning. Capital Roof Care offers roofing maintenance, repair, replacement, coatings and inspections for commercial facilities.
The company traces its roots to Capital Painting, founded in Lancaster County in the 1990s. It continues to operate as a family-owned business.
President Bill Morgan said the company serves clients across multiple industries, including warehousing, manufacturing, K-12 schools and entertainment venues.
“We listen carefully and consider our customers’ needs, find the ideal competitively priced solution, deliver quality project execution, and are dedicated to forming lasting relationships,” Morgan said.
