Liderazgo, ventas, tecnología y crecimiento para la comunidad latina del techado

La International Roofing Expo (IRE) 2026 continúa fortaleciendo su compromiso con la comunidad latina al ofrecer un track educativo en español, diseñado especialmente para contratistas y profesionales del techado hispanohablantes. Este enfoque reconoce el papel fundamental que desempeñan los trabajadores latinos en la industria del techado, donde aproximadamente el 30% de la fuerza laboral es latina o hispana.

El programa en español de IRE 2026 reúne a líderes de la industria, expertos técnicos y empresarios exitosos que compartirán conocimientos prácticos sobre liderazgo, ventas, hábitos de trabajo, tecnología, marketing digital e innovación. A continuación, un adelanto de algunas de las sesiones destacadas.

Martes, 20 de enero

Liderando desde dentro: Cómo impulsar el talento latino hacia ventas, servicio y liderazgo en techado
Ponente: Yessie Gomez, Customer Service Rep, SRS Building Materials
