RC Announces 2025 Residential Roofing Contractor of the Year Finalists
Three residential roofing contractors are in the running for RC's annual award announced Dec. 4 at Best of Success.

The annual effort to select Roofing Contractor’s commercial and residential roofing contractors of the year is nearly complete. Roofing companies that are standing out in their respective markets around the country submitted entries by the June deadline and have not made it easy on our committee. For the first time, RC is naming its finalists before announcing the winner — which happens on stage at the Best of Success conference.
That will happen on Dec. 4 this year at the Live by Loews in Arlington, Texas. The announcement will conclude a 10-month process that revealed contractors growing their businesses while actively working to improve the industry as a whole. Dozens of roofing contractors from around the country submitted their information and await their chance to take the stage.
Let the countdown to Arlington begin, but in the meantime, we wanted to share with you our finalists for the 2025 Residential Roofing Contractor of the Year, presented in alphabetical order:
ADAM QUENNEVILLE ROOFING & SIDING – South Hadley, Mass.
KEY ATTRIBUTES
- Thirty years in business and strong use of review and referral system to generate reputation and leads.
- Strategic use of technology to offer instant estimates, 3D imagery, and pricing visualization.
- High brand visibility and balanced marketing mix, and elite call handling to funnel leads to sales
- Long history of giving back to the communities the company serves, and recently launched a First Responder Giveaway as a commitment to supporting local heroes.

DEER PARK ROOFING – Cincinnati, Ohio
KEY ATTRIBUTES
- Founded by Nick Sabino in 1996 and has grown into one of the largest commercial and residential roofing contractors in the Midwest
- Recipient of multiple national industry awards for high-quality workmanship, jobsite performance, and safety.
- Established and operates the industry-leading Deer Park Roofing University Training Center to train its employees on the best roofing practices, products, and techniques.
- Joined Roofing Corp of America platform in 2022, which is now 15 companies strong.

INFINITY EXTERIORS – Brookfield, Wis.
KEY ATTRIBUTES:
- Among the largest roofing, remodeling and exterior companies in Wisconsin with six locations. Two additional branches are operating in Illinois.
- Led by Josh Sparks, the company achieved year-over-year revenue growth above market, despite a challenging storm season.
- Part of Infinity Home Services Platform, which entered new markets through strategic acquisitions and greenfield activity in 2025.
- Through existing brands and add-on acquisitions, Infinity generated more than $500 million in revenue, cracking the Top 10 of RC’s Top 100 List.
