Roofing Corp of America Acquires Deer Park Roofing
ATLANTA — Roofing Corp of America (RCA) announced the addition of Deer Park Roofing of Cincinnati, Ohio to its rapidly growing portfolio. Deer Park Roofing was founded by Nick Sabino in 1996 and has grown into one of the largest commercial and residential roofing contractors in the Midwest of the United States. Deer Park Roofing operates out of offices in Cincinnati, Florence, Ky., and Louisville, Ky.
Deer Park Roofing will operate as a stand-alone entity within Roofing Corp of America, a Top 100 contractor, and will continue to be led by its president, Nick Sabino, and the talented team that he has assembled. As former chairman of the board of the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), Sabino brings extensive industry knowledge and expertise to RCA.

Randy Korach, CEO of Roofing Corp of America, praised Sabino's involvement with the NRCA, saying it demonstrates leadership and commitment to the industry.
