In the heart of Manhattan, Trice Contracting Inc. brought the community together with its powerful “Raising Roofs, Building Trust” event,  a showcase of expert roofing, eco-friendly solutions, and a renewed commitment to protecting New York homes and businesses. 

With live demonstrations, free consultations, and community outreach, the event highlighted how Trice is redefining what it means to be a trusted roofing partner in the Big Apple since 1987.

The event kicked off with a welcome speech from Mohammed Rafiq Trice, the company's founder and CEO, who's known for his down-to-earth approach and unwavering passion for quality.

"We've been serving New York for over a decade, but this event marks a new chapter for us," Trice said. "We want to not only fix roofs but build lasting relationships with the people we serve. The trust we build today will protect the homes of New Yorkers for generations to come."

The event featured live roofing demonstrations on a replica Brooklyn brownstone, free consultation clinics, and a spotlight on eco-friendly materials designed to cut energy costs and reduce the city’s heat island effect.

"We believe in not just improving roofs but improving the environment," said Luis Giovanni, Trice's head of customer relations. "By offering energy-efficient solutions, we can reduce energy bills, increase roof longevity, and contribute to a cleaner New York."

Trice also underscored its community commitment by partnering with nonprofits to provide free roof replacements, donating proceeds to affordable housing efforts, and awarding a full roof replacement to a Bronx resident through a raffle.

With local food vendors and business partners rounding out the day, the event positioned Trice not just as a service provider but as a trusted community partner in New York’s housing landscape.
