40 Roofing Contractors Make 2025 Inc. 5000 List
Construction revenue had a 163% median growth rate from 2021 to 2024

At least 40 roofing contractors were counted among the fastest-growing private companies in the United States, according to the 2025 Inc. 5000 list from Inc. magazine.
Released annually in August, the Inc. 5000 list ranks companies by revenue growth over a three-year period. This year’s list tracked growth from 2021 to 2024, with honorees generating a combined $300 billion in revenue in 2024 and adding 536,086 jobs over the past three years.
"The Inc. 5000 is one of the most important things we publish each year — a real-time bellwether of American business," says Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc. "At a moment when entrepreneurs are navigating economic uncertainty, labor shifts, and inflation, this list is powerful proof of innovation and resilience.”
Construction was among the top industries by revenue, experiencing a 163% median growth rate. Contributing to that growth were 40 roofing companies that made this year’s list, half of which earned a spot for the first time. Among those was Bold North Roofing and Contracting of Bloomington, Minn., which ranked #62 with an astounding 4,607% growth.
“We strongly believe that there is always room for more good people as a company is only as good as the people who work there,” said Co-founder Erik McLaughlin in a news release. “This mantra has kept the door open for the right people to join us and has been a huge reason why we have been able to grow as quickly as we have.”
ZD Stucco of Clifton, N.J., ranked at #4,170, its first time on the list. According to a news release, company founder Zoltan Dicso is originally from Budapest, Hungary, having come to the U.S. with only $200 in his pocket and little comprehension of English. He worked as a construction laborer before starting ZD Stucco, which has installed 700,000 square feet of stucco surfaces, in addition to completing 78 roofing jobs.
"There are 25 million private companies in the United States. Being an Inc. 5000 company is more than a business milestone. It's proof that no matter your starting point, with the right vision, persistence, and team, you can build something remarkable," said Dicso.
For other companies, they’re making a return to the list, some of which have appeared on it up to six times, such as Restoremasters Contracting of Irving, Texas (#2,352).

Naturally, there is crossover with RC’s Top 100 list, which ranks contractors across the nation by the previous year's self-reported revenue. Of the companies that made the Inc. 5000 list, nine also claimed a spot on the 2025 Top 100 list, including Victory Home Remodeling. The Holmdel, N.J.-based company ranked #685 on the Inc. 5000 and #38 on the Top 100 list.
"While these rankings are a tremendous honor, they are really a reflection of our people," said Bill Winters, CEO of Victory Home Remodeling. "Our team has poured their passion, talent, and relentless commitment into delivering an industry-defying service experience for our customers. That trust, from both our homeowners and our employees, is the foundation of our growth.
“These recognitions belong as much to them as they do to Victory."
Companies supporting the roofing industry also made the list. Leap, a provider of SaaS solutions, ranked #1,473 on the list, while distributors like New Holland Supply and Dealers Wholesale ranked #4,201 and #4,456, respectively.
