The acquisition marks another strategic expansion for Atlanta-headquartered Skyline, which now operates across more than 25 states in the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest regions. One Day's leadership team, including CEO Andrew Engel and COO Griffin Libhart, will retain ownership stakes and continue leading the company under the Skyline umbrella.

Founded in 2013, One Day Roofing has established itself as a premier provider of high-quality residential re-roofing services, operating under the mission "Elevating Roofs, Elevating Lives." The company's technology-driven approach to sales and expansion across multiple geographic markets caught Skyline's attention.
