Skyline Roofing Partners, backed by Imperial Capital, announced its continued expansion with the acquisition of Dr. Roof, a residential reroofing and repair business based in Atlanta, Ga.

Paul Stoeppelwerth will retain an ownership stake in Dr. Roof and join the Skyline Founders Council.
